Holler Health Justice is offering offering free Preventeza Emergency Contraceptive to health clinics, organizations, groups, and individuals throughout the state of West Virginia to help get it in the hands of folks who may need it.
Thanks to a generous donation by Combe Inc., HHJ has received 5,000 units of Preventeza Emergency Contraceptive (levonorgestrel tablet, 1.5 mg) to disperse throughout West Virginia communities. Preventeza is an over-the-counter (OTC) progestin-only pill indicated for prevention of pregnancy following unprotected sex or a known or suspected contraceptive failure. Preventeza was created by the makers of Vagisil and uses the same ingredient as most other birth control pills, including Plan B One Step, Take Action, My Way, and AfterPill. Each unit contains one pill and is packaged exactly as it is for retail, with instructions and in a tamper-resistant, hard plastic blister pack.
Whether you're an individual or organization/group/clinic in West Virginia, Holler Health Justice can supply you with free emergency contraception.
